Coronary aneurysms, myocardial dysfunction, and shock in a COVID-19 child, role of ECMO, immunomodulation, and cardiac CT

Abstract Coronary artery aneurysms in children were observed as a rare complication associated with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). This case report describes the severe end of spectrum new multisystem inflammatory syndrome 12-year-old child coronary aneurysms, myocardial dysfunction, and shock, managed successfully extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support immunomodulation therapy. also highlights additional benefits cardiac CT diagnosis follow-up aneurysms.
